I developed an exclusive weight loss method, the Slimming Trilogy, and I gave it that name, because I considered three main pillars within cognitive behavioral psychology, to act exclusively on the way the patient sees food, according to their history, and developed paradigms. In other words, this method allows us to understand the importance of food for the person, and so we can re-signify this vision, resulting in a definitive change in this person's relationship with food and consequently new patterns of behavior related to quality of life.
